Horrifying Requests

Postby Daniel Laux » Fri Jan 15, 2010 9:16 pm

I thought I'd help out Mr. Farrino by making this section for him. If anyone has a request for a horror movie or something scary to be talked about, please let Mr. Farrino know.

For me, I'd like to see a Retrospective of evil children movies (Rosemary's Baby, The Omen, The Good Son, Children of the Corn, The Ring, etc.)

No problem. I'll do anything for anyone who's scary (except for Marilyn Manson & creeps).

Oh god, nobody speaks that man's name here. Manson creeps me out worse than any monster ever could!

I couldn't agree more. I made a list of 8 things that scare me, & Marilyn Manson made the #2 spot (he only lost to Domo, the Japanese falafel with teeth).

Well, that was more annoying than it was scary.

However, if they ever make a Teletubbies movie, I wil DEFINATELY be scared  .

I have a new suggestion (it's a real one, this time): The Monster Squad

I'd never actually heard of the film until James Rolfe brought it up in his first Monster Madness series, and it has developed a cult classic status since its release. Imagine putting all the classic movie monsters in a (kind of) family-friendly setting.

It's also getting the remake treatment.

I don't know if you like bashing bad horror flicks, but there's one on my mind that I saw once years ago and it just won't go away. The French zombie film "Lake of the Damned."
