Overall, it was a very funny and well put-together list. You three work very well together.

As for my opinion on the individual songs:

20. I hate everything about A Troll in Central Park. And that includes the songs, which are just unforgettable and annoying, in my opinion.
19. Never seen the film, but the song is kind of un-remarkable. Still, Tim Curry can make any song a tad better.
18. As much as I really like Peter Pan, its hardly one of the songs that comes to mind, when I think of it. Still, it's a nice song typical of that era in Disney hisory.
17. Though I don't care for the film and find Radcliffe to be a weak villain, Menken's songs are just fantastic and this one is no exception. It's memeorable and perfectly shows Radcliffe's desires. But, Mel Gibson singing?!? Ahh, save us all!
16. Never saw the film, but the song did nothing for me.
15. Also never watched it, but it's not a bad little song. It has a nice catchiness to it. Though, when the title of the song was mentioned, I thought of this.
14. Not a fan of Home on the Range, but Alan Menken's songs are pretty great. To be honest, I can't think of a Menken song I dislike.
13. Awesome song. Perfectly shows Zira's intentions. Plus, it's written by Joss Whedon (one of the co-writers of Toy Story and the creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Firefly). Can't beat that awesomeness.
12. This song is great, but I don't consider Louie is a villain. It just shows that he likes cooking fish, but exaggerated for comedic effect. Then again, I am a fish eater.
11. Awesome song. Even made my list of the top greatest Disney songs.

Looking forward to Part 2, though I have kind of an idea what will appear. I could be surprised, like I was with Part 1, though.

Well, let me say some things.

20. Never saw the whole movie, but it looks interesting.
19. I remember seeing a commercial for it on the Disney Channel back in 1998. I haven't seen the whole movie before, but it looks emotional. I even like it's song at the end.
18. This is one of my chidhood favorites. Captain Hook is one of my favorite Disney Villians. And a cool song, too.
17. Never saw the whole movie, but I have heard about it when I was very young. And a cool song, as well.
16. I have seen the USA edit, Freddie The Frog. I like the movie when I was young. And this is a cool song. I even tried to sing it in a now abandoned movie I did 8 years ago.
15. I was exposed to this movie when I was little, but it wasn't my favorite back then. Now, it is my favorite. And this is a cool song, too.
14. I haven't seen this movie, too. I have heard about it during it's release in theatres. But this is one funny song.
13. Hardly seen the Lion King sequel.
12. I remember this song. It was acutally pretty funny. Although I don't eat fish.
11. I loved this movie, too.

Both parts of the count-down are now posted.

As for my personal opinion of the picks:

10. Great song, not surprising seeing as it's Danny Elfman. While not my favourite song from the film, it is catchy and sums up the villain nicely.
9. I was hoping this would make it, but I didn't know if it would. It's pretty excellent, how the villain takes the hero's song and twists it, so that everything is revealed.
8. It's always nice to see this under-appreciated flick get attention and Martin and Short sing it very well. Incredibly catchy, too.
7. Absolutely brilliant! One of the top most evil animated villains ever and it's such a fantastic multi-layered song. Have to give Menken and Schwartz credit for daring to write such a dark song for a Disney film (then again, the whole film is pretty dark). I would have placed it higher, but it's your list.
6. Wonderful song from one of my all-time Disney flicks. Shows how evil the character is and you described it perfectly by naming it "theatrical." Credit Howard Ashman for giving the character that feel.
5. I don't like this film and I find most of the songs forgettable - not this one, though. To be honest, it's like it was made for Tim Curry to sing as I can't recall any actor who could sing this song and make us take it seriously.
4. I always love it when this film gets attention and yeah, Vincent Price is pretty fantastic performing it. And it's my favourite of the small amount of tunes in it. No surprise this was his favourite role he ever played.
3. I had the same reaction as Retro and Filmbuff at the start, but your explanation made it make sense why it would be here.
2. Despite myself not caring for this film as a whole, the songs are pretty great. And it's always nice to see Jim Cummings get a lot of credit.
1. Excellent choice! I think you've explained very well why this should be #1.

And you did. And also, at the end, you do have a point about musicals. Now here are my thoughts.

10. I acutally thought this movie was creepy, so I never enjoyed it.
9. Now I love Aladdin. One of my childhood favorites. And this song is really cool and funny. And Jafar is one of my favorite Disney Villians.
8. I have never seen the Prince Of Egypt before, but sometime soon, I'll give it a chance.
7. Now I also liked The Hunchback Of Notre Dame when I was a kid, too. Well, Frollo is really one of my favorite Disney Villians. I don't know why, but oh well. The song here is really powerful, but be careful when you say it's name.
6. I hardly remember this song. But now I know what it is. But I do remember what happens after it.
5. I really enjoyed Ferngully the last rainforest in my later childhood. In this song, I thought Hexus was hilarious.
4. I really enjoyed The Great Mouse Detective back in late summer 2001. It became my one of my favorite new movies back then. But before that, this song was the only scene I watched on the Be Our Guest Sing-A-Long video cassette.
3. I also enjoyed Beauty And The Beast. Another childhood favorite. Gaston is another of my favorite villians. The two songs here are really cool and dramatic.
2. Like The Swan Princess, I never got into this movie when I was young. But years later, I found out what it was. And I liked it. Along with Journey To the Past, this song is my top 2 favorites of this movie.
1. Although I don't have a VHS or DVD copy of this movie, I've seen it a bunch of times before. I actually enjoyed it alot. And the villian song is really cool. No wonder you made it numer one.

Well, I watched your countdown. Here are my thoughts:

First of all, Hewy, Filmbuff, & Mike work very well together. I mean, it wasn't like the Monsters list, where Dane & Mr. Fellow just explained their thoughts. I really liked the interaction. Oh, & Hewy, if you plan on doing another list in the future, I am always available to help you count it down (in fact, we should do a list as Hewy & the 2 Dan's, which means me & Roushutsu!) What do you think?

OK, moving on. I'm going to say this, I really think the second half of the countdown was better than the first, considering there were better movies in the Top 10. I thought the Top 10 was pretty good, however I do have one gripe:

WHY IS HELLFIRE NOT #1?

I know this list was opinion, but there are some things that aren't just opinion, but FACT! One thing that's fact is that Hellfire is the best villain song ever (& I'm sure Nostalgia Critic would agree). If anyone dares to challenge this, BRING IT ON!!!

But other than that, a pretty good list. I especially agree with you guys about Tim Curry & Vincent Price having really cool voices! If only Keith David was in this list! Oh well!

(by the way, didn't Keith David play Dr. Facilier in The Princess & the Frog? Didn't he have a song too?)

Thumbs Up! I can't wait to hear what the next list is going to be!
